Vice President JD Vance said Mexico should be thankful for Trump’s war on drug cartels Wednesday because it will stop the country from becoming a “narco state”. He suggested that military intervention may be needed to tackle the cartels. Vance made the comments during a visit to the US-Mexico border to highlight Trump’s immigration crackdown.
